This Privacy Policy applies to the Nyla Instance as defined in our Master Subscription Agreement and governs data collection and usage.This Privacy Policy describes the information we collect, how we process and share it, how to manage your privacy settings, and your rights in connection with using the service. This will terminate your ability to access Nyla services.Right to data portability: you have the right to obtain a copy of your personal data stored and processed by Nyla and direct Nyla to transfer your personal data to another controller via commonly acceptable electronic format.Right to erasure/Right to be forgotten: you have the right to request that any of your personal data being stored or processed by Nyla is deleted from our records. However, while we can delete your personal data from our current records, copies of your data may be stored in Nyla’s inactive and archived records and will be deleted in accordance with Nyla’s then-current document management policy.
